Dear Customer,

Cubical Solutions Oy has come to agreement to sell its business operations to Symbio. As a result Cubical Solutions will adopt the brand name of Symbio in all operative business activities. We would like to stress that Cubical’s existing projects and contractual commitments remain as agreed with customers and partners. There will not be any changes to the existing commercial or legal relationship between our companies or the carrying out of the concerned duties and responsibilities. Also we guarantee that there will be neither disruption in project work nor any changes in project personnel.

This acquisition marks an important development in our company’s long history. We are convinced that the acquisition will benefit foremost our customers. As Symbio we will have an extensive expertise portfolio to serve our clients in challenging software issues over the whole product/service life cycle. With 22 locations in Europe, the US and Asia, we are now able to address your global software development needs on a local basis.
